For many of the items and purchase orders, the supply status is shown as "Nil", indicating no parts have been received to fulfill those orders. Alternative developmental vendors have been approved for some items but prototypes were rejected or are still under approval. BLW is working to secure supplies from existing or new vendors to support locomotive maintenance needs.
