 Knauf Introduction

• We are now part of Knauf Group which comprises of 4 divisions – Knauf

Gypsum, Knauf Insulation, Knauf Industries & Knauf Ceiling Solutions.
• Knauf in said business from 1932 and today Knauf has 220 production
facilities and sales organisations in over 80 countries and sales of 7 billion
Euro (in 2018).
• In October 2019, Knauf group completed its acquisition of Armstrong World
Industries EMEA & APAC business. Our India office has been serving the
market for more than 50 years. We are headquartered in Mumbai and have
sales offices in 9 cities and partners to service projects in more than 100
cities across India. Armstrong Ceiling Solutions has state of art suspension
system manufacturing plant located in Pune.
• In KCS we are coming three entity together. Wave/AMF/Armstrong and as
soon transition over further announcement will begin on this topic.
• We recently increased our investments locally for custom ceilings under the
Make in India Initiative. Armstrong Ceiling Solutions offers the broadest
portfolio of acoustical ceilings in Mineral fibre, Metal, Wood and Soft fibre
for various segments like - Commercial Offices, Healthcare Premises,
Educational Institutions, Hospitality and Retail & Transportation.
