    1. Leonine facies
    2. Sensory neural hearing loss
    SYSTEMIC VASCULITIS

    1. WEGNERS GRANULOMATOSIS now called GPA

    Systemic small vessel vasculitis


    Glomerulonephritis

    ENT
    Initially Rhinosinusitis
    Advanced cases
    Thick purulent nasal discharge, destruction of nasal septum
    Recurrent otitis media

    C- ANCA and PR-3 positive.


    Rx
    Steroids
    Cyclophosphamide
    2. CHURH STRAUSS SYNDROME now called EGPA

    Systemic small vessel vasculitis

    ENT

    Allergic rhinitis
    Nasal polyps
    Recurrent epistaxis.
    Eosinophilic granuloma of nose

    P- ANCA positive

    Steroids
    Cyclophosphamide.
