a list of a database or spreadsheet.

3 COMPONENTS OF MAIL
MERGE
1. The MAIN DOCUMENT contains the boiler
information: text and graphics. It also determines
the format of the resulting merged document.
2. The DATA SOURCE contains the variable
information.
3. The MERGE DOCUMENT that contains the
combination of boiler plate text and variable
information.
