INTRODUCTION

Insufficient sleep can increase mistakes, putting students at risk. Sleep loss has a negative effect on the nervous system, resulting
in lesser cognitive function. This can have a negative impact on a student's academic performance, which is frequently affected.
Sleep is essential to our health and well being Sleep benefits every cognitive process in the human body, including memory, learning,
decision-making, and critical thinking. Another theory claims that sleep is a physiological adaptation to save energy.
• In an article by Jalali R, Khazaei H, Paveh BK, and Hayrani Z (2020), titled “Lack of Sleep Can Affect Children's Performance
In School” In today's modern age, high school students often have erratic sleep schedules and poor sleep qualities, which can affect
their academic performance.
• A sleep-deprived person is/can be dysfunctional throughout the day, which increases the likelihood of low academic scores and,
as a result of sleep deprivation
• Sleep deprivation affects pupils' academic performance, as shown in this study. Despite sleep's importance in academic
performance, little is known about the causes of sleep deprivation and how to manage it.
• The researchers chose this topic because it's timely, relevant, and practical—helping people better manage their sleep and
preventing off the potential negative effects of sleep deprivation on students' academic performance.

INTRODUCTION
The usage of technology in the mathematics classroom has made it harder for teachers to manage students' learning
because of current global events like the COVID-19 pandemic. In today's classrooms, whether they are online or on-campus,
learning technologies and learning management systems are utilized to capture student cognition, engage students in the
learning process through technology, and boost their desire for self-direction.. Mathematical Applications is created to give
students the abilities they need to enter the workforce, attend college, or pursue further education in fields that call for a high
degree of numeracy and mathematical comprehension. With the help of a smartphone's camera, users can utilize Photomath, a
mobile computer algebra system with an enhanced optical character recognition system, to scan and detect mathematical
equations. The app then shows step-by-step explanations on the screen.

The Effects of Spreading False Information to the Cognitive
Development of Teenagers in Their Use of Social Media

INTRODUCTION
Social media has become an essential part of our lives, but it also presents significant challenges, especially when it comes to the spread of
false information. Teenagers are particularly vulnerable to false information on social media, as they are still developing critical thinking
skills and are more likely to believe what they see on the internet.

• This research will examine how false information on social media affects teenagers' cognitive processes, reasoning and decision-making,
emotional well-being, and social behaviors.

• Understanding the effects of false information on teenagers is essential for developing strategies to prevent the spread of false information
and promote critical thinking skills.

• The study will use qualitative and quantitative research methods to assess the impact of false information on teenagers' cognitive processes.

• The research findings can be used to develop strategies for combating the spread of false information among teenagers, such as education
programs and initiatives that promote critical thinking skills and media literacy, and social media policies that discourage false information
and promote ethical behavior.
