    Ans: There are many features in BYJU’S app. Among them any 3 features which are quite relevant for
    the customer or parents are,

    Chapters: Learn Journey & Video Library


    The learn journey is a very innovative way to learn. Students can find a new way to study where the
    chapter he/she is studying will be divided into many parts. Each part will contain topics with broader and
    simpler explanations. This road like structure of learning things is really interesting for students.

    Each topic has a recorded video covering all the necessary keywords and knowledges. A student can
    learn more compatibly through the video learning method. That’s why the learner should find something
    new in it.
     Exercise with Practice & Test
    Students have some question sets in between their learning curriculum. This is to check whether they are learning
    comfortably or not. They can rehearse their lessons by attempting such questions. At the end of a chapter, there is
    a test paper where the ultimate evolution of their knowledge and brilliance is tested.

     Learning Analysis: Progress


    This app formulates the results of the tests conducted for the learner and makes a graph of the progress for
    everyone. This graph not only helps the student himself but also their parents to understand how their ward is
    performing.

    Mr Dharma is a parent who works in the security industry and is employed as a watchman in a
    rural area. Mr. Dharma is not aware about the ed-tech space. Child has a medium engagement
    level with the BYJU'S Learning App. He goes to a government school and is studying in 10th
    Grade. Scored 50% in previous grade. Based on the above info, Write a Calling Pitch to book a
    home counselling session with Mr. Dharma.
