Opportunity Recognition Process
Some entrepreneurs have the ability to recognize a
business opportunity, which is a fundamental to the
entrepreneurial process as well as a growing business. A
business opportunity represents a large enough
entrepreneur to successfully fill a large enough
unsatisfied need that enough sales & profit result.
Opportunity Recognition Process
Entrepreneurs should be able to identify, seize, and pursue business opportunities.
Successful entrepreneurs are those who can exploit business opportunities. Ducker,
has identified seven potential sources of opportunities in the external context,
namely:
