    • (loco no. 70857/70712 and banking loco section, due to knuckle broken of Wagons
    no. 70785) parted at km 162/4-5 between SR /BCN 30069764230
    Hilara (HLX)- Sukritipur (SQF) between Analysis: Failure of Knuckle is attributable to
    w/no. 30069764230 SR/BCNAM1 & 39999 sudden impact in which corrosion pits acted as
    NWR/BCN due to CBC knuckle nose fresh a notch. High hardness value may also have a
    broken of w/no. 30069764230 contributing factor. ( Copy of CMT report
    SR/BCNAM1. enclosed.)
    • Block section cleared at 12.43hrs. Responsibility: Material failure and bad
    • Replaced the broken knuckle of said enginemanship.

    • On 13.01.2022, SM/New Incidence: Train detained 3:15 hrs at ATM to detach wagon
    Domohani(NQH) reported no. 10039863286 NR BOXN due to flat tyre as per joint
    unusual sound from UP message of C&W staff and train guard. Leading trolley leading
    Star F/Ash (26692). pair wheel measure 65 mm and 45 mm flat.
    Accordingly, train detained Analysis: C&W staff of NCB observed DV was previously
    at New Maynaguri (NMX) isolated. On testing DV found 77 secs of releasing time.
    and checked but no Responsibility: Last examination point, UDL/ASN/ER .
