• Is a method of preparing food that uses dry


heat , typically in an oven, but can also be
done in hot ashes or on hot stones

Baking pans – comes in different sizes and shapes
and are usually made of aluminum or stainless steel

Loaf pan – it is used to bake loaf breads Jelly roll pan – used to bake thin cakes
and loaf meats or embitido or bars
Baking Sheet– large flat pan made of
aluminum or stainless steel for baking Rectangular pan – comes in varying
cookies, a hand-formed cake made out of sizes and is made of aluminum or
dough or to support other pans stainless steel.
Tube pan– a round pan with hollow tube
in the center and a flat-rounded bottom, Square pan – comes in common sizes of
