Loaf pan – it is used to bake loaf breads Jelly roll pan – used to bake thin cakes
and loaf meats or embitido or bars
Baking Sheet– large flat pan made of
aluminum or stainless steel for baking Rectangular pan – comes in varying
cookies, a hand-formed cake made out of sizes and is made of aluminum or
dough or to support other pans stainless steel.
Tube pan– a round pan with hollow tube
in the center and a flat-rounded bottom, Square pan – comes in common sizes of
used for baking cakes or molding foods 8 inches, 9 inches and 10 inches.
