EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The name of our business is Panca Company .The main objective of our
business is to promote and encourage everyone to buy Agar -Agar it is delicious and
good taste for everyone .This product have a goal to give the nutritious and affordable
dessert on their breaktime .We wanted all of the student, give them benefits according
to wikipedia their are 6 benefits of agar agar ,aids weight loss, relieves
constipation ,high iron content vegetarian substitute,rich in important minerals, and
especially good for skin and hair . This business aims to bring out opportunity to
recognized .

Our main target market are the grade 12 students .They are the majority to
purchase my product .My business is a sole proprietorship .The total amount of
financing required P300 and it will come from our saving .The one who will manage
the business is the owner .
MARKET ANALYSIS

Our main target are are Grade 11 and Grade 12 students of Sta,Barbara ,Integrated ,High ,School .That
age 16 and above both female and male .In the strand of General Academic Strand (GAS).

Our potential costumers are the Senior High School students of SBIS ,both female and male .The product
[agar -agar ]that we have a new to them so we see that it will be saleable to them .Simple product it is
delicious dessert and affordable prize.We will sell our products here at the
Sta ,Barbara ,Llanera,Nueva ,Ecija .Where our school is located ,Bautista St Sta ,Barbara ,Llanera N.E is
our main market .Grade 11 student is 9% join face to face class of the senior high school population
4%male and 5% female .Grade 12 students is 12% join to face to face class of senior high school
population 8% male and 4%females

The competitors we have are the our classmate that could possibly have a product that will be saleable
than ours .The price of our product is affordable and cheap that only cost P45..We see that our product
may be good for the students that has low budget for their snacks in school .The only weakness that we
have is that ,our product is limited ,that we can only make 50% a day.
Company Description

Our business, which is selling agar agar with condensed, will be sold to the SBIS students of SBIHS. This is kind of provincial
snack or dessert of Filipinos. · Agar agar, or simply called agar, is a hydrocolloid generally made from Gelidium and
Gracilaria .But our agar agar is made or jelly with a twist which is condensed.We mixed it with condensed to make it on trend
for the millennials.agar agar is affordable for everyone and we assure that this will be a friendly budget for every students in
Sta Barbara.
The type of our business in manufacturing.agar agar is a home-made product.We do not use machines, instead we used man
power to create agar agar.The challenges that occur in our sector are those we see as competitors,like our classmates and the
canteen.Other than that is the process of making our customers buy the product we have.It is a big challenge for us that when
the customers liked our product, demands will start to increase.We can only produce 50 pieces a day and higher demands of
our product will be a challenge for us to make our man power double just to reach the wants of our product will be a challenge
business that we are going to operate is manufacturing.Basically, foods are the needs of our customers and in this situation
or product will be saleable for our target customers which are the Grade 11 students of SBIS.We can fill the needs of these
students by selling our nutritious and a low price sanck to them. Maybe the products of our competitors are more sweeter than
our product,but surely agar agar is more nutritious than those they sell.

We chose this business opportunity because it is easy to make agar agar.The product agar agar is also nutritious and this is
good for the customers health. In starting up this business we don't need to speed a big amount of money. We selected SBIS
because we have more access in this area. And we are only students so it is our only choice.

Our business operation will start before the class hours of the students and
up to their break time.It’II run for almost 4 hours everyday.The permit that we
need for selling our products to the students is the permit of the teachers and
the supervisor of the school.

good for students who have low budget on their canteen or the products that our classmates
snacks. sell.
Our business will manufacture a product which is Agar -agar with condensed .We made our product that
traditional dessert for Christmas and New year .It s delicious and very easy to do .

Procedure

1) First ,cut the gulaman stick into small pieces about 3 inches long

2)Soak it in water for half hour before boiling it

3) Do not add to much water you will and up with very soft gelatine

4) Depending on what you are making ,you may add sugar while cooking it .

5)Lastly pour in mold or pyrex in room temperature and refrain from moving it around until it is solidly
formed
Marketing and Sales Strategy

In informing our customer about our product ,we will


use some flyers and social media to let them know what
kind of product we are selling . On the first day of selling our
product ,free to taste our product to promote them ,to
others.And we will also promote our product,to our
family,friends and relatives .
Product Description

Agar, also called agar-agar, gelatin-like product made primarily from the red algae Gelidium and Gracilaria
(division Rhodophyta). Best known as a solidifying component of bacteriological culture media, it is also used in canning
meat, fish, and poultry; in cosmetics, medicines, and dentistry; as a clarifying agent in brewing and wine making; as a
thickening agent in ice cream, pastries, desserts, and salad dressings; and as a wire-drawing lubricant. Agar is isolated
from the algae as an amorphous and translucent product sold as powder, flakes, or bricks.

Although agar is insoluble in cold water, it absorbs as much as 20 times its own weight. It dissolves readily in boiling
water; a dilute solution is still liquid at 42 °C (108 °F) but solidifies at 37 °C (99 °F) into a firm gel. In its natural state,
agar occurs as a complex cell-wall constituent containing the polysaccharide agarose with sulfate and calcium.

This product is very delicious .AGAR AGAR is another popular appetizer or dessert of Filipinos that is
commonly served in every especial ocassions like , christmas and new year .Salad is consist of gelatinous substances
blend in condensed milk and cream together .
