The Top 3 essential elements which are present in a Contract
CONTRACT - According to sec.2(h), a contract is defined as an agreement enforceable before the law.
AGREEMENT - According to sec.2(e), every promise or set of promises forming consideration for each other.
PROMISE - According to sec.2(b), when a person made a proposal to another to whom proposal is made, if proposal is assented there to.

ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS OF A VALID CONTRACT (Sec.10)
What agreements are contracts.—All agreements are contracts if they are made by the free consent of parties competent to contract, for a lawful consideration and with a lawful object, and are not hereby expressly declared to be void.
Valid Contract , Void Contract (cannot be enforced) and Voidable Contract ( enforced at the desire of aggrieved party)
Illegal Contract ( against the law)
Nothing herein contained shall affect any law in force in India, and not hereby expressly repealed, by which any contract is required to be made in writing or in the presence of witnesses, or any law relating to the registration of documents. (If any
law requires in writing, this law will not supersede that law)

• SPECIFIC GUARANTEE :
When a guarantee extends to a single transaction or
debt it is known as a specific or simple guarantee
Bank / Loan / PBG (performance bank Gurantee)
• CONTINUING GUARANTEE :
When a guarantee extends to a series of transactions,
It is called continuing guarantee
