according to Goleman (1996), it is the ability to: (1) recognize,
understand and manage own emotions; and (2) recognize, understand and
influence the emotions of others.
it is being aware that emotions can drive behavior and impact people
(positively and negatively), and learning how to manage those emotions,
both one’s own and others’ when under pressure, especially in times of:
