    together all our blessings, expected or
    unexpected, and bringing all of them
    together in prayer – to thank God for all
    the blessings and experiences in life.
    4 R’s of Recollection:
    Recall – the past
    What becomes my life meaningful are those
    memorable experiences I have, either joyful or
    painful.
    Reflect – the present
    -What am I valuing at present?
    - What kind of life do I have now?
    - Where is God in my life at this point in time?
    - What are my aspirations, desires and longings
    at the moment?
    Recharge
    S – Space for myself/ God
    T – Time to pray / be myself
    O – Openness
    P – Prayer
    Renew
    Gain new learning, insights from other’s
    sharing and finds new direction in life as a
    result of my reflection. Renewing my
    commitment to myself, others and God.

    Mutual Obligation of Couples
    The need for continuous loving adjustments of
    two parents are necessary as they play different
    roles in begetting, rearing and formation of their
    children. The demand of their absolute fidelity
    to each other is expressed in their friendship,
    mutual belonging and dependence which
    enable them to cope with the responsibility of
    providing for the children’s different needs.
    Parents have serious
    obligation to provide for
    food, health, clothing,
    lodging, and home for the
    children. But the most
    important of all is to look
    after their spiritual
    welfare.
