What is Web 1.0? Web 1.0 are personal or
institutional sites based on

publish information. They
are static Web pages
designed with frames and
‘gif’ buttons, and with a
reduced need of being
updated. These sites are
very useful to issue
information; however,
there is no direct contact
between the user and the
site owner. That is, the
