CASE SCENARIO
Bianca, a 25-year-old single mother is living in Brgy. Santolan with her 4-year-old
Toddler Markus and 9 months-old baby girl, Zoe. Ceres, a community health nurse
at Santolan Health Center had a home visit to Bianca because she missed two
