Career development is a very important aspect of a
person's life reason, is that, only when a person is able to develop the career will there be reward and benefit. If a career development program goes in an organisation, then it causes a decrease in the attrition rate in the organisation. The reason for this is that it increases the level of satisfaction of the employees in the organisation and so decreases the number of people who want to leave the organisation (retention).
