ANNOTATION I have participated in different trainings/ webinars to develop my skills


which is needed to cope up in the new normal. I was one of the
participant during our LAC sessions that will help me and my fellow
teachers to craft the RPMS in the time of Covid 19. I also participated in a
3-day INSET in which I really gained a lot of knowledge in mapping the
competencies and creating a good and efficient test.

IMAGE The LDM Course made me realize that the monitoring
of learning should not stop even amidst pandemic. As
a teacher during this time of global health crisis, I
should always ensure that my students get the best of
me and that all learning delivery modalities are utilized
to improve their knowledge and skills. I also saw how
difficult not just on my part as a teacher but also on
the part of learners where they sometimes struggle
learning on their own pace. Day by day I learn how to
adjust with the current situation of our country’s
education system with the help of my learning from
this LDM Course. In the future I hope everything comes
back to normal where our learners will once again
experience the fun of learning because of the face to
face discussion inside the classroom together with
their friends and classmates. But as we all wait for that
to happen, I will do my very best to be the best
teacher my students will have with the help of my
fellow educators, School Principal, the community, and
the Lord. All of the wisdom, realizations, and strategies
I gained from these experiences and lessons in the new
normal and enabled me to develop my Portfolio
efficiently and successfully.
