The challenge is how can I quickly adapt to a new environment and people, especially
regarding work patterns. This makes me a little hesitant when I will convey a view
because I am afraid that this view will not be well received by certain parties. I know
that each person's background influences their behavior. Therefore, I have to
understand people's characters and backgrounds.
