INTRODUCTION
• It's One-on-One communication.
• In this one participant asks questions to other participant.
• Participant who ask questions are called Interviewee.
• Participant who answers questions are called Interviewer.
JOB INTERVIEW
• Interview between the job applicant and a representative of
the employer which conduct to assess whether the applicant
should be hired

1. INTRODUCTION -:

It's an important step interview.


The introduction is where both the candidate and
the company will be making their first impression.
Be transparent as possible during the interview
possible.

2. SMALL TALK -:

It's one of the best method to check whether the


candidate can build a healthy working
relationship and support.
3. INFORMATION GATHERING -:

Asking the candidate to give their elevator


pitch in order to test preparation and ability to
think on their feet.

4. Question/Answer -:

It is used to check and make sure there is at


least some ground between different
interviewers when it comes time to evaluate
the candidate to know how much the
candidate is trustful.
5. WRAPPING UP -:

As much first impression is important, leaving the


candidate feel good about the company and its culture is
key to hiring the top talent in the industry.
At the very least, always end the interview with a
handshake and thank the candidate for their time.
Face-to-Face Interview
• A data collection method when this interview directly
communicate with the respondent in accordance with
the prepare questionnaire.
• The main purpose of this type of interview is together
detailed information about attitudes and behaviour
towards a particular topic.
Campus Interview -: A strategy for
sourcing,engaging and hiring young talent for
internship and entry-level position.
On-site Interview -: A series of interviews held
at the company's office for several hours to a full
day.
TELEPHONIC INTERVIEW
• It often conducted by employers in the initial interview
round of the hiring process.
• This type of interview allows an employer to screen
candidates on the candidates experience, qualifications
and salary expectations pertaining to the position and the
company.
• It can be as brief as 15 minutes or as long as an hour.
• standardized set of questions that are asked to all
candidates
MEDIA INTERVIEW
• An Interview with a journalist or other members
of the media for publicity purpose.
• In terms of public relations, these interviews are
meant to provide information and detail great
interest and build awareness.
• There are many kinds of media interviews ,from
television to radio and print.
