About the game:


 Snowman/hangman is a paper and pencil
guessing game for two or more players. One
player thinks of a word, phrase or sentence and
the other(s) tries to guess it by suggesting letters
or numbers, within a certain number of guesses.
 The game hangman is changed into snowman for
the younger kids
Rules of the game
 The objective of the game Hangman is to guess the word (phrase) in the time
limit. After guessing a word you are going to guess the next one.
 Bonus for guessing a word' will be added to your score for guessing a word
(phrase) and 'Bonus per 1 second remaining' will be added to you for each
remaining second.
 If you fail to guess the word in the time limit, 'Bonus for completing the level'
will be subtracted from your score.
 You will get the information on scoring and bonuses at the start of guessing
word.
 You can exit the game Hangman at any time and scored points will be
recorded in the top players

 The victory in the game Hangman or scored points do not imply any financial
or other prize. The win is not legally or otherwise enforceable.
How to play

 Choose one person to be the "host.


 Let the host choose a secret word
 Draw a blank line for each letter in the word.
 Let the player(s) start guessing letters
 Fill the letter in the blanks if the players guess
correctly
 Draw part of the "hangman" when the players
guess wrong
 The players win when they guess the correct word

About the game:


 Pictionary is a charades-inspired word-guessing
game invented by Robert Angel with graphic
design by Gary Everson and first published in
1985 by Angel Games Inc. ... The game is played
in teams with players trying to identify specific
words from their teammates.

 Draw anything related to the word, no matter how tenuous the (ink
 Break words down into a number of syllables
 Draw "dock" for "doc", or "flu" for "flue", etc.

 Use "ears" for "sounds like" or dashes to show the number of letters in the
word
 Use letters or numbers
 Speak to your teammates
 Use sign language
How to play

 Divide players into two teams


 Let both team's picturists see the card
 Have both team's picturists draw at the same time
 They have 1-3 minutes to draw
 If any one of the teams guess the word before
the timer ends, they win

 This is a simple and fun game that kids enjoy
 This is a more enjoyable game to the smaller
kids.
How to play
 You tell a word to the students and they guess the
spelling
 If it is correct ,they win
Alphabets writing relay
 This a great game for kids of grades 1&2
How to play
 Divide and line up the students into two teams.
Divide the board into two halves and have one
student from each team run to the board, write
'A', then run to the back of the line. The next
student writes 'B', etc. The first team to finish
wins.
Charades
 Charades is a game of pantomimes: you have to
"act out" a phrase without speaking, while the
other members of your team try to guess what the
phrase is. The objective is for your team to guess
the phrase as quickly as possible
How to play
 Divide and line up the class into two teams. The
first student from each team comes to the front.
The teacher whispers a word or shows a flashcard
to the two students and they act it out. The first
team to call out the correct word gets a point.
E.g. sleeping, eating, playing soccer...
Scrabble
 Write a selection of letters on the board. Explain
to the students that they have to make up as many
words as possible from the given letters. Model
one or two examples on the board for them. Give
them a time limit.
Board race

 Board Race is a fun game that is used for revising


vocabulary, whether it be words from the lesson
you've just taught or words from a lesson you
taught last week. ... The students must then write
as many words as you require related to the topic
in the form of a relay race. Each team wins one
point for each correct word.
How to play
 Have a set of topics folded in a basket
 Ask one player from each team to pick one
folded paper
 Time one minute
 The team which has the most number of words
written on the board wins
 The team which uses the board neatly gets
awarded an extra point
