HEALTHY FOOD HABITS
and good living
In our life if we opt some Healthy Food Habits then we can
maintain our body healthy. Some of the Healthy Food
Habits are as:
1. Always Eat Breakfast Daily :
Persons who eat a substantial breakfast lose more weight
than those who have a small breakfast. Choose eggs or
baked beans on wholegrain bread, or fruit etc.

2. Eat fruit and vegetables
Aim for two fruits and some of vegetables each
day. Fill some of your plate with veggies at lunch and
dinner, and add fruits to your breakfast and for a
snack on the way home from work.

3. Take time to shop fresh food each week
If the fresh food is not in the house, how can we
eat well? Schedule in time to shop fresh food or we
can shop through online mode on regular intervals
i.e., weekly, twice in a week or after the finish of
food.

4. Walk for 10,000 steps or exercise for an hour
each day
Walk 10,000 steps or exercise for an hour daily for
a healthy body and for better digestion of eating food
in a day.

5. Sit down at the table or floor to eat
It suggests that we eat consume fewer calories
and comparatively more nutritious food when we sit
and eat than while standing up or walking.

6. Always carry a protein-rich snack with you
With carrying a protein rich snack with us we'll
avoid eating high-fat food on the run. Options to
keep handy include nut, snack bars, hard fruit such as
an apple or few wholegrain rice.

7. Have a green tea after meals
Green tea helps to improve metabolism and boost
the body’s fat burning mechanism and helps us to
keep fit.

8. Always carry a water bottle
Drinking water a day we can Increases Energy &
Relieves Fatigue, Weight Loss, Flushes Out Toxins,
Improves Skin Complexion, Boosts Immune System
etc. of our body.

9. Choose wholegrain, low-GI bread and
breakfast cereal
Aim for the best-quality breads, crackers and
breakfast cereals, as these are foods we eat every
day.

10.Always eat carbohydrates and proteins together
Try eggs on grain toast, yogurt and fruit, crackers
and cheese and wholegrain bread with tuna or
chicken.
