Research Design
The researchers used grounded theory as their
design to create a new theory from the data
collected and analyzed. This method is used to
evolve the context in which the case under study
occurs.
Participants
The participants of the study is the Grade 12-HUMSS
students of Pasay City East High School, in which 6-8
students will paticipate.
Sampling method
The researchers used purposive sampling as their
method. Researchers will choose their participant that
they can use in their study in Grade 12-HUMMS
students in Pasay City East High School to gather a
strong and reliable data.
Research Instruments
The researchers choose online-interview to gather
the data needed for the study, including the
participants profile, the complete response to the
queries, and the observed behaviors.
Research Procedure
Phase I: The researcher will formulate their research
question to file up the important data needed and
obtain firm information.
Phase II: The researchers will inform the chosen
participants about the online interview that will be
held at the specific date and time. The queries will
be on the spot to collect honest response.
Phase III: The interview will not going to take long
for the convenience of the participants. After the
researcher collect all the information, they will
categorize and label the data.
Data Gathering Technique
The researchers choose Focus Group Discussion as
their data gathering technique for their study. In this
way the researchers will gather a small group of
participants and discuss to them the study
conducted. This will help the researchers identify
and explore how their participants think and behave.
