The EGR system circulates a portion of the engine exhaust gas back into the
cylinders, where it is mixed with fresh intake air so that the oxygen concentration
of the air intake the combustion chamber will be reduced. This slows down the
combustion inside the cylinder and leads to lower combustion temperature and
reduced NOx emissions.

In case of use HINO’s genuine oil or Comparison. = Every 500 hours of operatio
n.
In case of use oil other than HINO’s genuine oil. = Every 250 hours of operation.
Replacement Intervals
Replacement of the Coolant inside of the engine.
Every 6 months = If you use water and antifreeze.
Every 2 years = If you use Long Life Coolant.
