    Otot-otot Hip
    Muscles of the hip joint can be grouped based upon their functions in relation to the
    movementsof the hip.
    • Flexion: Primarily accomplished via the psoas major and the iliacus, with some
    assistance from the pectineus, rectus femoris, and the sartorius.
    • Extension: Primarily accomplished via the gluteus maximus as well as the hamstring
    muscles.
    • Medial rotation: Primarily accomplished by the tensor fascia latae and fibers of the
    gluteus medius and minimus.
    • Lateral rotation:Primarily accomplished by the obturator muscles, the quadratus
    femoris, and the Gemelli with assistance from the gluteus maximus, sartorius, and
    piriformis.
    • Adduction: Primarily accomplished by the adductor longus, brevis, and magnus with
    assistance from the gracilis and pectineus
    • Abduction: Primarily accomplished by the gluteus medius and minimus with
    assistance from the tensor fascia latae and sartorius
    Otot Fleksor Hip
    • Otot fleksor primer hip adalah
    – psoas major
    – the iliacus M. Illiopsoas
    • Sedangkan otot fleksor
    sekunder, meliputi
    – pectineus,
    – rectus femoris,
    – sartorius
    M. Iliopsoas
    Terdiri dari 2 otot:
    • M.Psoas major
    – Origo: Columna vertebralis bagian
    lumbal
    – Insertio: Trochanter minor femur
    • M. Illiacus
    – Origo: Fossa Iliaca
    – Insertio: Trochanter minor femur
    M. Pectineus
    • Origo: : Ramus

    • Insertio: Linea

    M. Rectus Femoris
    • Origo: Spina
    Illiaca anterior

    Tuberositas tibia
    • Aksi:
    – Fleksi hip
    – Ekstensi knee
    M. Sartorius
    • M. Sartorius dibungkus oleh bagian
    fascia latta dan berjalan menyilang
    sisi anterior paha untuk berinsersi di
    sisi medial Tibia, posterior dari
    sumbu tranversa lutut.
    • Otot ini memfleksi pangkal paha dan
    lutut.
    • Origo: Spina illiaca anterior superior
    • Insertio: Condilus medialis anterior
    tibia (behind the medial condyle)
    Otot Ekstensor Hip
    • Otot ekstensor primer
    adalah
    – m. gluteus maximus,
    – grup otot hamstring (m.
    biceps femoris longum,
    m. biceps femoris brevis,
    m. semitendinosus, dan
    m. semimembranosus),
    M. gluteus maximus

    • Origo: Permukaan terluar illium


    dibelakang linea glutea

    posterior sacrum dan coccyx,
    ligamen sacrotuberous
    • Insertio: Tuberositas glutea dan
    illiotibial tract

    • Semimembranosus:
    – Origo: Tuberositas ischiadica
    – Permukaan posterior dari condylus

    – Origo: Tuberositas ischiadica
    – Insertio: Condilus medialis (upper)
    • Bicep Femoris
    – Origo: Tuberositas ischiadica
    – Insertio: condilus lateralis tibia (long
