Of south Asia . Momos are native to
southwest
Chinese region of Tibet , Nepal , Bhutan,
North Indian
Region of Ladakh . Northeast region of
Sikkim , Arunachal
Pradesh, east region of Darjeeling.
Sha Phaley
SHA PHALEY
•Sha Phaley is the combination
of deep Fried flavors , bread ,
and a whole lot of minced meat.

•Originally a Tibetan dish, it is


quiet famous in Sikkim as well.

•It is also available for


vegetarians in Tofu version.
SAEL ROTI
•Sael Roti is a fried bread that is

Sikkim as well due to the Nepalese

Bangladesh, and India.

their share of Dal Bhaat as
their everyday meal.
Thukpa
•It is primary and most loved food
•Basically ,a noodle soup accompanied by some seasonal
•vegetables such as carrot cauliflower ,chillies ,beans
,onions , etc.
Tastes enhanced with minced meat or egg in it.
