    CULTURE IS A COMPLEX WHOLE, WHICH
    INCLUDES KNOWLEDGE, BELIEF, ART, MORALS
    CUSTOMS AND ANY OTHER CAPABILITIES AND
    HABITS ACQUIRED BY THE MAN AS A MEMBER OF
    SOCIETY.

    LEGLIC AY WHITE:
    CULTURE IS A SYMBOLIC CONTINUOUS,
    NATURE OF CULTURE:
     IT IS A LEARNED
    BEHAVIOUR NOT INHERITATED. IT IS
    LEARNED THROUGH EXPERIENCE, IMITATION,
    COMMUNICATION, CONCEPT, THINKING AND
    SOCIALIZATION PROCESS.

     IT TRANSMISSION
    IS COMMUNICATIVE. IT TRANSMITS
    FROM ONE GENERATION TO ANOTHER AND FROM ONE
    GROUP TO ANOTHER GROUP AT THE SAME TIME.

    IT IS CONCERNED WITH EXTERNEL AND
    MECHANICAL OBJECTS, EASY TO COMMUNICATE,
    MAKES OUR LIFE COMFORTABLE AND
    MEANINGFUL, REPRESENTS APPARATUS OR
    CIVILIZATION OF LIFE.

    NON MTERIAL:
    IT INCLUDES CONCEPTS, VALUES, MORALS AND
    IDEAS E.G DEMOCRACY, WORSHIP ETC.
    FUNCTIONS OF CULTURE:

     IT MAKES MAN AS HUMAN BEING.

    REGULATE AND PREPARE THE HUMAN BEING FOR
