Sales Executive Trainee] Program?
Mahindra Holidays Sales Executive Trainee Program aims to
attract, recruit, induct and groom young talent for future top sales positions.

Talent Development Program

• A program specially for aspiring Sales Professionals launched in 2009.


We have successfully groomed over 300 fresher's in three batches so
far.

• We focus on developing a cadre of executives with cross-functional


experience and
an innate aptitude to make a career with the company in future.

• Program to groom and develop Sales Skills and development in all


aspects in terms of

Three months plan
Compensation structure for MHSET

• The fixed CTC would be between 1.75 – 2.01 lacs per


annum.

• Apart from a fixed salary, once confirmed, they would be


eligible for extremely attractive performance based
incentives.
The selection process will consist of three short listing rounds.
