• Organization Means
• Two or more people working together to
achieve something that often cannot be
accomplished alone. or
• A collection of people working together in a
coordinated and structured fashion to
achieve one or more goals.
• That means - Consist of relationships
between people who have come together for
a purpose.
• - Without people, there is no organization
• - just as, without students, a school has no
existence as a living and functioning
organization

• In a tall structure, managers form many
ranks and each has a small area of control.
