Key Learnings

• The aspect of cross functional analysis for designing


strategy was explored.
• We should not be totally rigid on a long-term forecast but
adapt quickly to rapidly changing market conditions.
• Different countries required different strategies.
• Interpreting market reports and financial statements to
improve decision making.
• Initial performance is very important in the business. There
may not be much chances to improve afterwards.
