Loss due to the defect Highest loss

Root cause: High pitting defect of shinsung can be due to lack of Bar bus operator. Yesterday, there are only 4 man instead of 6 to
control product in and out. This can cause over etching resulting the pitting appearance in finishing product.
Solution: Training racking man use bar bus properly. Incase the bar bus operator absence, the racking man can replace in simple
process.
