Acquiring Tools Necessary for Business
We must have to decide while making business plan
“Where we will purchase land for our business and
where will locate our factories”.
We also have to find out distributor that will distribute our
fabrics and we should try to build profitable relationship
with them because if they are satisfied then they will
spread positive word of mouth to our customers and will
try to sale our products.
We should also hire human resource for our business.
Human Resource Requirement
Marketing Strategies
For our brand (fabrics) we use “BRAND STRATEGIES” for it. We also use “Market
development strategy” in our business plan. Moreover, we are opting product
strategy of “Low Cost” and “Innovation Focus” as per market requirement. It’s been a
new fabrics in Pakistan that ever launched from banana waste
Strategic Consideration for Marketing
After making business plan. We will set up plant and equipment and should hire
necessary workforce for it. When we will make fabrics then we should do promotion
for it just like we will do advertisement so that people will able to know about us.
What makes Banana Fabrics different
from simple Fabrics
Brightness
Water-repellent
Breaking strength
Hypoallergenic
Stiffness
The fibers from the banana stems throughout history have been used to
create banana textile for tablecloths, saris, kimonos and more. Today,
many designers and product manufacturers seek out banana
textile due to its resiliency, softness and sustainability. Banana
fabrics are especially great for raincoats and outerwear.
We propose to our clients a silky blended fabric made with 75% of
banana and 25% of lotus in order to provide a fabric more
resistant, brighter and water repellent.
Price
Our price should be comparitively low than the competetors.
Place
We shall distribute our fabrics to brokers who will then place the
fabrics at outlets where such products of home care are sold. A
showroom shall also be designed along with the factory; where the
fabrics are to be processed and stitched,.
