    • Banking industry is one of the most important industries in a country


    • As technology keeps on evolving so does the services offered by banks
    • Banking companies have started developing their own applications and other online
    banking platforms to give their customers easier access to their services
    • Banks have had to invest in new technologies to stay ahead of the curve, or at least
    remain with the curve

    • Banking industry around the world has been undergoing a rapid
    transformation.
    • Internet-based technologies have resulted in fundamental
    changes in how companies interact with their customers.
    • As the evolution of online banking continued, it slowly gained
    popularity when big name banks began to offer online products
    and services.

    • The services that is offered here is slowly developing.
    • The they have different accessibility of the online banking in the
    internet and in their designated application.
    • Online Banking was adapted outside the country when the major
    banks was convinced to the how the system works.
    LOCAL
    • In a study by Jim John Quilantang in 2015, age, income, and
    convenience are the major factors that influences bank customers in
    Davao City to use internet banking.
