The Factor that are under control of the Organizations:

• Volitional sleep deprivation (work, lifestyle)


• Poor sleep habits
• Circadian factors (shift work)
• Environmental disruptions
• The amount of travel associated with the job
• Work Hours and Locations
• Untreated sleep problems/disorders

other hand, one employee may think another is slacking off if the other employee is a heavy user of a nap room.
