Amazon Company was founded by Jeff Bezos in 1994 in
United States.
It is now the largest MNC that concentrates on the E-
commerce, Cloud Computing Service, Artificial
Intelligence, electronics etc.
Amazon is one of the largest corporates in terms of the
technology in the world.
The launching of Amazonfresh was done by amazon in the
year 2007 and it took around five years for the company to
analyse the business model.
This service of amazon will help the customers to shop the
groceries online. Amazon Fresh came to India on 23 august.
By launching amazon fresh to India Amazon is trying to compete with the
Flipkart which is now all backed up with Walmart
With the help of the Amazon fresh, customers will be able to get basic items
within less time period.
Amazon Fresh will pave the way of customers in getting fresh fruits and
vegetables instantly.
The service in the amazon fresh involves either attended delivery or
unattended delivery. In the first option, consumers are being delivered
groceries in plastic bags and have to be received by the consumer by
himself/herself. In the latter option, the groceries will be delivered to the
consumers in their home.
The company also provides the 2-hour delivery system for the customers
Amazon is trying to expand the amazon fresh to more and more cities.

During initial stages the sales of online groceries in US were only about
1.3%.
For one order the company should arrange electronic scooter like
vehicles which are efficient.
Sometimes the order gets delayed which affect both the food
products and the consumers
