Coca cola is a carbonated soft drinks manufactured
by the coca – cola company .
Coca cola company produces concentrate , which is
then sold to licensed coca-cola bottlers through out
the world . The bottlers , who hold exclusive territory
contracts with the company ,produces the finished
product in cans and bottles from the concentrate ,in
combination with filtered water and sweeteners .

Coca cola was the leading soft drink brand in india until
1977, when it left the country rather then revealing its
formula to the govt.
The coca cola company re-entered india through its
wholly own subsidiary, Coca-Cola India Private limited
And re-launched coca cola in 1993.
In india coca cola company comprises of two different
companies, a wholly owned subsidiary of the coca cola
company namely COCA COLA PRIVATE LIMITED
which manufactures and sells concentrate and beverages
Bases and powdered beverages mixes and a company
owned bottling entity named hindustan private limited
.

Brindavan agro industries Private Limited – BAIL is the
first bottling franchise of coca- cola India which was set
up in 1993 . The coco cola company re entered the
market after a gap of 16 years . The manufacturing unit
is based in hathras district , which is about 210 from the
national capital of delhi .
In the year 2013 company had set up a state of the art ,
world class plant in chatta, uttar pradesh .The plant has
been awarded the best in class plant for two years .
Transforming challenges into opportunities has been the
hallmark of the G LADHANI group , ever since it
inception two decades ago.
Starting the journey with coca cola bottling in 1993 , BAIL
under its umbrella brand , G LADHANI group has refine
the status of Agra from just a tourist city to an industrial
city . G LADHANI group is strategic part of RS. 3000 crore
Ladhani group , however it operates independently.
All the inclusions namely BAIL , renewable wind power
,hospitality and premium real estate have brought
immense respect and achievement to G ladhani group.

Recruitment is a process of searching the prospective
employees and stimulating them to the organization .
When one more person apply for jobs then there will be
a scope for recruiting better person. It is an activity
which bringing together the seeking jobs .
In simple –IT REFERS TO DISCOVERING THE
SOURCES FROM WHERE POTENTIAL EMPLOYEES
MAY BE SELECTED .
This process lead to higher productivity, better wages ,
high morale and reduction in labour turnover.

The process of recruitment and selection begins with recruiting
candidates and ends with selecting a candidate to hire
• Firstly I had receive a job order from our client, that I can get the
recruitment process rolling. A job order should include
information about the position you are filling and a well –written
job description.

 Coca cola conducts various types of tests for different
needs
 First of all they conduct a aptitude test to check
academic knowledge
 They also conduct the work sample test for technical
seats
 The behavioral test comes at end . Conducted only for
the final candidates.
 A survey show that they conduct about 5 test for one
recruitment.

FINDINGS OF THE STUDY
The findings during the work carried out by me
categorized into two-
A) POSITIVE
i. A majority of employees feel that recruitment
process carried out in their companies are
satisfactory . Management is also satisfied.
ii. Most of the employees feel that the hr
department is good . About 58% of the
managers said that they prefer both internal
and external source of recruitment and
selection.
iii. Superiors are very supportive and help their
subordinates in achieving their objectives.
NEGATIVE FINDINGS-
i) Some employees were moderate or not much
satisfied with the process of recruitment .
ii) Since rules and regulation are very dynamic , so most
of the employees face difficulties to adjust with them
.
iii) Most of the candidates do not turn up when they are
called up for the intreview.
CONCLUSION
At last I want to say that while recruitment and selection
identify acceptable candidates ,the process still continue
with induction program for the new employees .

So recruitment methods are very important which


concerning for selection and jobs. The coca cola
company are keen to motivate and satisfy their
employees to extent to get utilize their best potential for
organizational purpose.
