Total of 10 Presses ranging from 30T to 160T.

Unit1 : Press Shop
• The presses of 110T and 160T capacities are
with larger shut height and bed sizes than the
standard ones.
• The 110T capacity presses have a shut height of
400mm and bed size of 1100X800mm.
• The shut height of 160T press is 450mm and
bed size is 1250X850mm
• This facilitates the accommodation of large size
tools with nominal tonnage requirements as is
the case with automobile parts.

• The larger than standard specification of the
presses helps us to give price advantage to our
customers in the automobile sector.

EXPANSION PLAN FOR FY 2019-2020
• Plans are in progress to add 2 Nos of 250T
capacity presses mainly to assist the automobile
sector.
• The tool room capacity is foreseen to be
increased with a surface grinder of bed size
1000x600mm.

All presses are equipped with
• Two hand safety device.
• Light Curtains.
• 8 way cam limit switches.
• PLC / Contactor controls with interlocks.
For Operator Safety all work men are provided
with Safety shoes, Gloves, Ear plugs, Over Coat.
