GIS Governance
Review the mandates of the GIS organizational unit; its roles and
responsibilities, policies, procedures, its relationship to the other
organizational units within Client and any relationships that it may
have with outside parties such as the GIS Center.
GIS Strategic
Alignment
Review the alignment of the GIS units strategies and plan with the
Client business strategy and master plan and with the IT Strategy
and master plan.
GIS Data
Assess the quality of the GIS data; this includes the data produced
by Client and the data acquired from other parties. This will also
review the data acquisition mechanisms.
