Concrete
The concrete is a composite material consisting of coarse particles

immersed granular material ( mineral filled or aggregates) in a hard
matrix material (cement or binder) that fills the empty spaces
between the particles and keeping them together.

Portland Concrete
The
portland concrete is a material obtained by

mixing in suitable proportions and at a high
grinding fineness raw materials limestone and
clay (crude), wich initially heated to give rise to
fusion clinker (about 1450 C to give gray clinker)
Polymeric concrete
The polymeric concrete is a plastic material composed of a

resin, polyester and mineral agregates (sand, quartz,
carbonates, silicas) in different types of particle sizes.

Because the polymeric concrete properties, this have multiple
applications in our days:
Production of precast ppoducts for drainage and sewerage system
on bridges.
Production channels, ducts drainage and sewer records of industrial
tanks
Tanks for industrial production of non-ferrous materials electrolysis
Production records and drainage channels of aggressive industrial
wastewater, and storage tanks for corrosives (acids and bases).
Hish chemical resistance coatings in pipelines.

Milling
The milling is a unit operation, which reduces the average

volume of the particles of a solid sample. The reduction is
carried out by dividing or splitting the sample by
mechanical means to desired size.
For the selection of milling equipment is considered:

Fineness of the material to be sprayed (sizes of the grinding
balls)
Material hardness

Mill capacity [ TON/ Day]
Mill production [ TON/ hr]
Power output of the mill[KW]
Sizing mill
Expression of dawn for sizing mill

KW net= 0.284 DAWN
D = Is the diameter of the mill, in the packed(m).
A = Is (1.073 - J); J = Is the percentage of the mill volume loading
W = Is the weight of the ball in tons
N = Is the mill speed in rpm.
D=1.37m. Between plak
L =3.2195 m.
N=27.04 RPM
KW net =49.66 KW net is the net energy consumed in the mill.
Filling the mill
The optimal filling of the mills must be such that h = 0.16D
For our case

D = 1.37 m.
h= 0.16 x 1.37 = 0.21 m
% degree of filling= 0.29 x 100= 29 %

The objetives proposed were met because the process of

obtaining concrete polymeric was analyzed and design is
selected and a mill for the production industry em.
Comparative results are finally obtained between concrete
base and concrete polymeric
