    Guidelines

    Primavera Contract Manager shall be used as a document


    control system.
    Dedicated Document Controller.
    Track individual deliverable revisions.
    Submit individual submittals with submittals form.
    Alphabetical revision number for Engineering purpose and
    numerical revision number for Issued for construction.
    Update Submittals, Correspondences, MOM, Reports on daily
    basis.
    Be sure all document stamped.
    Follow up delay response regularly.
