    DESIGN

    The L-shaped architecture

    WATER

    100% of the rainwater that falls on the building harvested interlocking tiles designed 100% of all the water recycled including waste water through its sewage treatment plant Hosting of indigenous plants which require very little water Waterless urinals Sewage treatment facility uses Fluidised Aerobic Bioreactors reduce the space necessary for the facility, power and operating costs

    ENERGY

    Natural light during daytime -business concluded by sundown -very little energy to light the building at night The high albedo roof coating reflects visible and infra red radiations- reduces the roof surface temperature by 30 degrees and air conditioning usage in the top floor by 10-15% 250mm thick walls, double glazed windows and high performance glass reduce entry of solar heat by more than 65%.
