The Prophet (s) said: Verily, spells, talismans and charms are shirk. Whoever wears a bracelet or necklace, depends on it May Allah cause failure and unrest to whoever wears a talisman or puts it on others (Ahmad)

And when Musa came at the time and place appointed by Us, and his Lord (Allah) spoke to him; he said: "O my Lord! Show me (Yourself), that I may look upon You." So when his Lord appeared to the mountain , He made it collapse to dust, and Musa fell down unconscious. (7:143)
While HE was in the highest part of the horizon, Then HE approached and came closer, And was at a distance of two bows' length or (even) nearer. So (Allah) revealed to His slave whatever He revealed. The (Prophet's) heart lied not in what he saw. Will you then dispute with him (Muhammad) about what he saw? And indeed he saw HIM at a second descent (i.e. another time). Near Sidrat-ul-Muntaha (a lote-tree of the utmost boundary over the seventh heaven beyond which none can pass).
