Nepal is tourist's heaven for adventure, cultural and environmental enrichment. Variation in natural landscape of Nepal consists of valleys and plains known as Terai in the south, and the breathtaking Himalayan peaks in the north add great flavor for tourist. The study was mainly focused to enhance the skill of management student towards broadening the knowledge on marketing strategies implied by successful organizations in the nation. It helped to understand the working procedure, the environment of the organization. Every organization wants to lead but there always lies a distinctive feature that helps the organization to hold a strong position in the market. As a management student the

study is very useful to develop knowledge on the working procedure of the successful organization.

1.7 LIMITATIONS

Since the organization is a private organization all the information regarding the
agency was not transparent.

Time Constraint was one of the limitations on our study which created
inconvenience. Lack of information on the internet Limitation of report pages that led to limitation of information to present.

The staffs were friendly to the outsiders but they seemed reluctant in providing
details about the oraganization.
