ever: Maintenance easier than Simply replacing a cartridge is all thats necessary!
CONVENIENT MAINTENANCE. With just a few turns the cartridge in the BOGE D 20 A can be replaced thats all. The cartridge contains both pre-lter and afterlter as well as the desiccant. Gone are the laborious days when the desiccant had to be cleaned out and then relled.
EFFICIENT DRYING. The BOGE D 20 A allows the compressed air to be dried in a very efcient manner. An optional dewpoint controller reduces the number of regeneration cycles by constantly measuring the dewpoint and by decreasing regeneration during partial load operation. This saves regeneration air and energy at the same time.
SAFE OPERATION. Damage to the desiccant due to bulk water is impossible with the BOGE D 20 A because a water separator at the air inlet reliably intercepts the water and prevents it from owing into the cartridge and contaminating the media.
SILENT OPERATION. The BOGE D 20 A operates extremely quietly: A novel sound absorbing feature reduces the exhaust air noise to max. 60 dB(A). Exhaust air sound pressure values exceeding 70 dB(A), commonplace with current adsorption dryers, are now a thing of the past.
BOGE KOMPRESSOREN
Safe, efcient and uniquely convenient: The Boge D A series adsorption dryer will inspire you in all aspects. Because of its cartridge system, maintenance is now no more than a childs play. And thanks to its safe and efcient design it reliably produces dry air to Class 2 quality according to DIN ISO 8573.1 ideally suited for medical technology or the food industry up to a compressor output of approx. 5.5 m/min.

The D A series is equipped with two towers: Whilst one tower is adsorbing humidity the other one is regenerating the desiccant.
After the drying process the air passes through a particle lter (d) which is designed to collect any residual dirt or dust particles so that the air produced conforms to quality Class 2 according to DIN ISO 8573.1.
Saturated compressed air leaving the compressor enters the inlet (a) of one of the towers and through the pre-lter/water separator (b) collecting water in a special condensate chamber this prevents any bulk water migration into the desiccant media. This water is then separated during regeneration of the reservoir.
The volume ow regulator (e) controls the ow of compressed air and prevents any overloading of the dryer and affecting the pressure dewpoint.
Subsequently, the air passes through the desiccant (c) which adsorbs the remaining water vapour from the air.

Simultaneous to the drying process a small portion of the dried compressed air is directed through the other chamber (f) to desorb the media. The desiccant is therefore regenerated without any additional energy consumption.
