    Vivian: To walk my talk, living life fully empathetically and honestly. To find the opportunity and the positive in every situation adding a pinch of humor in the hard ones. To trust my dreams and work towards their becoming true. Fabiana: To perceive the world around me with all my senses in order to construct and develop a working environment characterized by positivism, assertiveness, energy, knowledge, reliability and comradeship.
