What else can be added or removed from the system to make it more powerful and effective. Is it right that should patient interact more with the machine rather than doctors.

Question7: If machine somehow does not work in properly and it gives wrong output and because of this mistake any miss happening takes place, who is the culprit, unreliable machine or irresponsible doctors.
