    SUBPOENA Ad Testificandum et Duces Tecum
    In relation to the instant impeachment proceedings, The
    HOUSE OF REPRESENATIVES respectfully requests for the issuance of
    subpoena duces tecum requiring MARIANITO DIMAANDAL, Records
    Custodian of the Office of the President, with office address at:
    Malacanang Palace Compound, JP Laurel St., San Miguel Manila City,
    to testify and to bring on February 21, 2012 at 1O:00a.m. or on such
    date and time as may be determined by the Honorable
    Impeachment Tribunal at the Senate Session Hall, Senate of the
    Philippines, Pasay City, the offiCial and/or certified true copy of the
    following:
    1. Official Appointment of Respondent Corona as Presidential
    Chief of Staff of Gloria Macapagal Arroyo;
    2. Official Appointment of Respondent Corona as Presidential
    Spokesman of Gloria Macapagal Arroyo;
    3. Official Appointment of Respondent Corona as Acting
    Executive Secretary;
    4. Official Appointment of Respondent Corona as Justice of the
    Supreme Court; and
    5. Official Appointment of Respondent Corona as Chief Justice of
    the Supreme Court
    Said documents are being required for the purpose of proving
    the fact that Renata Corona was appointed by Gloria Macapagal-
    Arroyo to certain positions; and the allegations contained in the
    Verified Complaint, and other pleadings filed by complainants, and
    other matters relevant to the instant case.
