Sharqawi Air Distribution Systems Factory Company, has been
in the market for more than 15 years, as one of the leading
manufacturer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the field of
fabrication of Duct and its Accessories. Upon whose satisfaction
we have been allowed to grow and prosper in this highly
competitive marketplace.

Today we are considered as one of the biggest ductwork

manufacturers in the region. We fabricate ducts and accessories
according to SMACNA & ASHRAE standards using the latest
and the most modern advanced machines, and achieving the
highest quality standards. Since our production exceeds 50 Tons
daily, we have the capability to meet the high demands of the

Utilized in the Factory

Coil Line
This picture features our computer controlled and operated
duct fabrication line which produces L-shaped or one piece wrap
around duct sections with the T.D.C flange already formed on the
duct section. As a result of our introduction of the T.D.C flange
connection, we have greatly improved duct system performance
as compared to manually applied flanged connection systems.

There is no cavitation noise produced as is typical with applied

flanges and the T.D.C connection is virtually air tight when
completed.

The T.D.C flange also eliminates the necessity of additional

internal sealing around the edges of the manually applied duct
flange, this provides savings of labor and materials.

Oval Mechine
Top quality machine, produce oval duct which covers the
complete range of international standard size up to 800 mm
High. Very fast reliable machine which gives accuracy products.
The oval duct produced from this machine in top quality
concerning air tight & low leakage, all types of materials can be
used such as Galvanized Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum.

Utilized in the Factory

Plasma
Cutting Machine
We produce fittings that are automatically cut to size and shape
by our new computer controlled and operated double table
plasma arc cutting system. This cutting system assures us of a
high level of production and the computer operation allows us
to maintain high levels of accuracy. Our plasma cutting system
also features an independent on-board computer that permits
us to cut special shapes such as round and rectangular flanges,
gusset support angles and more. Production of high quality
fabricated sheet metal duct work and fittings has been achieved
through constant training of our factory personnel.

We maintain a large inventory of prime quality galvanized coil

material and will provide fabricated work utilized stainless steel,
aluminum and welded black iron.

Sharqawi Air Distribution Systems Factory sets new benchmarks by using
latest model of spiral tube machines which covers the complete range
of international standard sizes up to 1600 mm diameter. This machine
is very reliable, fast and has proven qualities of SPIRO INTERNATIONAL
S.A. The design and options fulfil the needs in HVAC to produce in mild
steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel or aluminium meeting easily the
following standards AFNOR,BS, DIN, EUROVENT and SMACNA. The
forming heads from SPIRO INTERNATIONAL S.A. together with the
clinching device represent the state of the art to provide tubes in top
quality concerning air tight spiral lockseam and diameter tolerance.

Unique Features

The unique design of the forming heads gives the highest diameter
accuracy on the whole length of the duct. Produces ducts in Galvanized
steel (Gl),Stainless steel(SS), Aluminium, and Copper, Plastic coated
steel, perforated steel. Corrugating units stiffening the tube and gives
big material savings. The patented and unique slitter cutting system
gives a burr free and silent cut.

The cost-effective Gorelocker Combi
produces standing lockseam elbows
and reducers. The high Flexibility is
achieved by means of 2 separate
workstations: a flanging station and
a patened closing station. Thus the
machine is always ready for operation
without time consuming conversion.
The result is a fitting, which not only
looks perfect but also, on account of
the strong standing seam, has high
strength with low weight

Stitchwelder
1000
Stitchwelder 1000 produces a top
quality welded seam which does
not alter the quality of the welded
material. No more burnt galvanized
coating, which means less finishing
work, no sealing and no paint will be
required. The welded seam is 100%
accurate from the beginning to the
end. No more air leakage or noise
from the joint.

Stitchwelder guarantees an accurate

and constant overlap, which gives
exact diameter for the segment.
