1.0 Introduction
This user manual has been designed to provide information on how potential partners of NSDC can do:

1. Registration
2. Login
3. Onboarding Process

Please go through the manual thoroughly to avoid any issues.

2.0 Partner Registration Flow

Short Description

The registration section allows a new partner to register.

Context

Organizations who want to register with NSDC for training programs need to follow this guide step-by-
step to register successfully.

2.1 Registration Steps

Step 1: Visit the website https://mlp.nsdcindia.org/#/partner-login from your desktop or mobile.

You will get the following screen:

Step 2: As you are a new user, click on the Register below the Login button.

Step 3: Enter your official email id, mobile no. and click on Send OTP

Step 4: Enter the OTP received on mail and your whatsapp in the OTP field and click on Register.

Step 5: This will take you to the PAN Verification page.

Step 6: Enter your PAN and click on Verify.

The next screen will show you the details fetched from your pan. You would have to fill in your
incorporation year and click on the Save and Next button.

Step 7: It will take you to the GST verification screen. Enter your GST No. here and click on Verify.

Please Note:

You can skip this step as it is not mandatory, but it is recommended to fill in the details as it would
automatically populate required data which would help in filling in the onboarding forms.

3.0 Login Process

Short Description

The login process helps registered partners to login.

Context

This section is only for partners who have already registered and need to login into their registered
accounts.

3.1 Login Steps

Step 1: Visit the website https://partners.nsdcindia.org/#/partner-login from your desktop or mobile


You will get the following screen

Step 2: Enter your registered email id and click on Send OTP

Step 3: You will receive an email on your registered email id.

Step 4: Enter the OTP in the required field and click on Login.

4.0 Onboarding Process

Short Description:

The onboarding process shows how to fill in all the required forms.

Context:

There are a total of eight forms that must be filled in for NSDC to take them into consideration. This
section explains all the required forms and takes you through the complete process.

4.1 Onboarding Forms

Step 1: Once logged in you will be taken to the Selected service screen. Click on the right-most button
Start to follow the onboarding process.

4.1.1 Form 1 (Partner Onboarding Form)

Brief Description: This form captures all the personal and corporate details of the partner. Some of the
details are populated automatically through the verified documents and any discrepancy in the filled-in
details could lead to a rejection. There is also a requirement to make an initial payment for applying as a

partner and the details of the same need to be uploaded through this form with other required
documents.

Step 1: Fill in the required details as mentioned in the form below.

Step 2: In the For Profit checklist, select the most relevant options available.

Step 3: Click the Payment Link in highlight one for Initial Payment to NSDC

Please Note: Follow the complete process as required by the bank and if you face any issues with
payment, please contact customer support of the bank.

Step 4: Attach the Payment proof given in the highlight two section. You need to just upload the receipt
in this section.

Please Note: Be sure that you attach the correct receipt as, any discrepancy would lead to rejection of
your application.

Step 5: Attach a board resolution document with your PAN card in the highlight three section as shown
in the above image.

Step 6: Once you have filled all the details click on Next.

Please Note: If any of the fields are blank then the Next button will not work. If you face such an issue,
please check the form again.

4.1.2 Form 2 (List of Trustee/Director Form)

Brief Description: This form is used to capture the details about the trustees/directors of the firm and
needs to be filled in with accurate details.

Step 1: Fill in the required details and click on Next.

Please Note: If you have more than one trustees then you need to click on Add More and fill in the
required details before clicking on Next.

4.1.3 Form 3 (Financial Performance Form)

Brief Description: This form would require you to enter your financial details for the last three years as
per the return filed by your company.

Step 1: Please fill in the required details of the form and upload an associated document to verify the
same.

Step 2: Please follow the same procedure for all the three years.

Step 3: Click on Next

4.1.4 Form 4 (Past Performance Form)

Brief Description: This form is to analyze your past performance or experience in the field of skilling.
Please mention all the numbers of candidates trained and certified in the last three years with the
number of students placed successfully and make sure that the numbers are accurate. In the last section
mention the sectors you have experience with the exact number of years for each sector.

Step 1: Mention the number of candidates trained and placed for each year.

Step 2: If applicable mention the number of candidates you have trained/certified under any
government scheme and mention how many students were placed in the scheme.

Step 3: Enter the sectors you have worked on in the exact format mentioned below.

Example: For an applicant who is working on Sports sector for 12 years the format would be:

Sports, 12

Step 4: Check all the details and click on Next.

4.1.5 Form 5 (Proposed Program Form)

Brief Description: This form is to understand what program the applicant is proposing to NSDC. To
understand in detail the applicant is required to fill in information in two parts: Course Details and
Training Outcome. Under Course Details the required fields are Course Title, Sector of Course, the
Assessment Agency, Candidate Eligibility Criteria, Course Duration/hours, Mode of Delivery, Trainer

Qualification, Avg. Course Fee, Expected Salary, Enrollments, and no. of Certified. The training outcome
section would include details like No. of Placed, No. of students Upskilled, Higher Education and Self
Employment.

Step 1: Click on Download Excel to download the pre-defined template of the form.

Step 2: Open the excel document and the first spreadsheet will look like this.

4.1.5.1 Proposed Programs for 3 Years sheet


Step 1: Fill in the Course Title which you propose to conduct.

Step 2: Mention the Course Link if it’s online.

Step 3: Fill in the respective Sector in which you would be conducting the course.

Step 4: Mention if the Placement is Linked/Upskilling.

Step 5: Fill in the Assessment Agency which could be self, third party or SSC.

Step 6: Enter the minimum eligibility criteria for the course.

Step 7: Enter the Duration Medium for the course.

Step 8: Mention the Course Duration in hours or months in this field.

Step 9: Enter the Mode of Delivery between Centre/Online/Hybrid.

Step 10: Mention the Trainer’s Qualification in the field.

Step 11: Mention the Average Course Fee in number format.

Step 12: Enter the applicable Fee Structure from ISA/Upfront/EMI/Pay After Placement.

Step 13: Mention the expected Initial Salary.

Step 14: Fill in the Course Learning Mode between Self-Paced (Recorded), Instructor led(Live) or Hybrid.

Step 15: Enter the Training Type which could be either Full time/Part Time.

Step 16: Mention the Course Level between Beginner, Intermediate, Advance or Beginner to Advance.

Step 17: Mention if the course is NSQF Aligned or not.

Step 18: Fill the NSQF Level

Step 19: Include the Major Highlight of the Course (Mentorship/Live Courses etc.)

Step 20: Fill the Expected Salary of the trainer in the last column.

4.1.5.2 Training Outcome Section

Step 1: Click on the Business Plan for Next 3 Years sheet.

Step 2: The sheet would look like the above image.

Step 3: Enter the Course Title.

Step 4: Enter the Avg. Course Fee excluding taxes.

Step 5: Under the First Year Section marked as Y1, enter the expected number of successful
Enrollments.

Step 6: Enter the expected number of certified candidates.

Step 7: Enter the expected number of placed candidates.

Step 8: Fill the Expected Revenue from Certified Students (In INR).

Step 9: Follow Step 5 to 9 for Y2 and Y3.

Please Note:

1. If you are planning to give more than five courses, then you can add a row to the same sheet
and follow the same procedure.

4.1.6 Form 6 (Background Verification)

Brief Description: This form is used to do background verification and is divided into two sections
Background Verification and Contact Person Name. The Background Verification needs to be filled with
company details and the Contact Person Name section requires it to be filled with contact details of the
concerned person.

Step 1: Fill in all the required details in the Background Verification section.

Step 2: Fill out the exact contact details of the concerned person, as these details will be used for
verification.

4.1.7 Form 7 (Other Details)

Brief Description: This form is used to understand the miscellaneous details of your company and needs
to be filled with utmost accuracy and understanding.

Step 1: Fill in all the applicable fields with a Yes and write a little about the same detail for better
understanding.

Example: For Quality Standard: Yes, we have good quality according to market standard

Step 2: Check if all the details are correct and click on Next.

4.1.8 Form 8 (Bank Details)

Brief Description: This form needs to be filled in with all your bank details with a scanned copy of
government documents and thus has been divided into two sections: Bank Details and Scan Copy.

Step 1: Fill in all the required bank account details and ensure that complete accuracy is maintained.

Step 2: Upload scanned copies of respective documents in the mentioned sections.

Step 3: Click on Submit

4.1.9 Complete Details Screen


Once you have filled in all the forms successfully you will be taken to the final screen, where you can
review all the inputs filled in by you and can make changes if required.

4.1.9.1 Edit Fields
Step 1: To make changes click on edit from top of the screen and make changes in the concerned forms
then click on submit.

Please Note: Once all the processes are completed, the application will be reviewed by NSDC officials
and then a decision will be taken on the partnership.
