ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICY
"Anti-Harassment Policy ensures every employee with respect and dignity of the
management to practice"

 Management encourages a physical, verbal, psychological and sexual


abuse free environment.
 The management prohibits any type of corporal punishment such as
slapping, pushing or using physical touch and shouts, threats and hate
speech.
 Management will not stop any employee without reason during their
break use of toilet / water / medicine and the freedom to access the
canteen.
 Managers & supervisor will be provided training on anti-harassment
policy and will provide them discipline events.
 Management will provide procedures to its employees to report
exploitation and abuse.
 The management for the upstream communication system have set up a
suggestion & complaint boxes where the employee can submit their
issues.
 Management will ensure that the employee gives the information about
the wrong activities must not punish him.
 Any employee cannot be exempted from this policy because this policy
applies to every worker, staff and everyone that the company has allowed
to visit the campus.
 At the time of hiring new personnel management will provide the policy
information.
