Farms,Chatter Pur, New Delhi. It is resolved that the
in view of the Govt, of N.C.T. of Delhi direction
regarding regularlzatlon the colony. That the
secretary of the society Sh. Shayminder Singh is
being authorized to complete the all legal as well as
the procedural formalities regarding submission of
the requlred appllcation / proposal, layout plan and
service plans and other necessary formalities and
take necessary assistance of the members as
reouired .it is further resolved that all the members
of he society will contribute equally, the expences
incurred in appointing lawyer,architect, surveyer as
